Tasks
Tasks can be created against different contacts, jobs, invoices or almost anything else in Neetrix in order to allocate them appropriately. Both current, forthcoming and completed tasks can be accessed in different formats, including a calendar view.
Assigning Tasks
To allow for collaborative working within your team, you can assign tasks to other staff members and have notification when they are done.
Email Task Notification
A digest of your current, upcoming and overdue tasks can be emailed to you on a daily or other periodic basis - highlighting anything you have missed or need to do that day without the need to login to Neetrix.
Sharing Information
In order to stay abreast of what the rest of your team is doing, you can view other staff members task lists

Manage Projects
To help manage your projects, define different types of jobs with unique job codes, note histories and a wealth of other information in one place.
Job Stages
In order to define the point at which a project is at, you can allocate a predefined stage to correspond with the job progress.
Job Type Templates
Build templates for your jobs, predefining all the common tasks and resources required when starting a new job. This will allow you to undertake jobs of similar types without needing to redefine the process on each occasion.

 

Suppliers
Associate suppliers and potential suppliers with a job, this is commonly used to track tender processes effectively. 
Resource Allocation
Allocate how much time and resources are spent on specific jobs, in order to calculate what you should be billing your customer. Including resource costs and minimum billing periods. 
Automated Invoicing
Generate accurate invoices based on staff and equipment time-sheets as well as tracking what has and hasn't been billed for.

 

Job Billing
Associate invoices and expenses to jobs and track the profit you should be making. You can get a full balance sheet and P&L report for any job if necessary for an advanced financial analysis. 
Job Documents
